Placing
Your Order through Secure Checkout
You may order any item on our site by using secure checkout via our shopping
cart 24 hours a day. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American
Express. Credit card transactions are protected and secure.
Placing Your Order by Telephone
Business hours are 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. PST Monday through Friday, although
we are still available during off hours, so please leave a message. We are
happy to take your order over the phone, so please call us. If you have
specific questions, or you wish to pay with a money order, please call us
toll-free at 1.866.213.5906. We make every attempt to respond to you as
quickly as possible, but we are a small family-owned operation, so please
be aware that it may take several hours before you receive a response, even
during normal business hours. Shipping
Information
We have a flat rate $6.95 shipping for all USA orders
of in stock items. This means that whether your order is 1 ounce or 100
pounds the shipping is the same. This is for all orders within the Continental
United States. Orders are processed and shipped within two business days,
although we typically ship the first business day after we receive an
order. We primarily use USPS Priority Mail for packages weighing less
than 3 pounds, USPS parcel post, DHL ground or UPS ground for heavier
packages, and FedEx on request. Priority shipping takes approximately
2-7 business days.
If you wish to have your package shipped via 2-day or next day shipping,
please contact us toll-free at 1.866.213.5906 to find out what the additional
charges will be.
If you live outside the Continental U.S., please call us for specific
shipping rates to your area. We apologize for any inconvenience this may
cause. We will do our best to offer the least expensive shipping that
we can.
We ship to APO/FPO addresses for a flat rate of $9.95.
Special Orders
We regularly place orders with all of the manufacturers represented at
Treasure Box Toys™.
If you’d like to order an item that you don’t see in our store,

Due to the length of time needed for Kathe Kruse Special
Ordered Items
to arrive from Germany we encourage you to place your Special Orders as
early as possible.
The natural supplies are limited for
the Special Heirloom Dolls so
only a few are able to be hand-made each year.
No
orders for these dolls taken after Oct. 1.
We
are unable to accept all other Kathe Kruse Special Orders after Nov. 22.
Please order early in the year to avoid disappointment.
Special Orders for all other manufacturers are not taken between Dec 23
and Mar 30 to avoid any disappointments should they become
unavailable.
We cannot guarantee any specific frame of time for Special Orders or that
they will arrive in time for the Holidays but we will do our best for
you!

SHIP ITEM means the item is not carried in stock in our store, but that
the item is shipped directly to you from a U.S. based warehouse.
If the weight is listed on the item you are interested in, then there
may be extra shipping charges due to weight and/or size.

Returns/Exchanges
We appreciate and value your business. If you are not 100% satisfied with
your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days. All
items must be in original, unopened condition,
with tags, if applicable.
Only items received
in "new condition”, ready to be returned to our stock for resale,
will be credited.
Please take care when you pack items for return. Returned items sent back
in “used condition” will not be credited.
If you are returning your item due to an error on our part, we will refund
your money, including original and return shipping costs.
Returns made on items by customer choice are subject to a 15% restocking
fee.
Please include a copy of your invoice with the item circled that is being
returned, and please state the reason for return.
