 Placing Your Order
Checkout has been temporarily disabled while we restructure the store to conform with current laws.

I apologize for any confusion or difficulty this may cause anyone.

Please call me, or copy and paste your completed order into an email, and I will send you a Paypal invoice.
(you do not have to have a Paypal account to send me the money to pay for your order.)
Paypal allows you to pay with a credit card or bank account.

The invoice I send will reflect your total minus your discount. (I have to take those manually)
You may also opt out to send a money order, in which case I will send your order upon receiving your money order.

Placing Your Order by Telephone
Business hours are 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. PST Monday through Friday, although we are still available during off hours, so please leave a message.
 We are happy to take your order over the phone, so please call us.
If you have specific questions, or you wish to pay with a money order, please call us at 1.916.991.4027.
We make every attempt to respond to you as quickly as possible, but we are a small family-owned operation, so please be aware that it may take several hours before you receive a response, even during normal business hours.

Shipping Information
We have a flat rate $7.95 shipping for all USA orders of in stock items up to 5 pounds.
Although most orders are a flat 7.95 to ship, orders that weigh over 5 pounds will have an additional charge of $5.00.
If an order requires more than one box then the above information will apply to each box shipped.
(This is rarely a case as I am an efficient packer and will strive to ship every order in one box.)

This is for all orders within the Continental United States.
International Rates apply to all International Orders.

Orders are processed and shipped within two business days, although we typically ship the first business day after we receive an order.
We primarily use USPS Priority Mail for packages weighing less than 3 pounds.
We prefer to ship USPS parcel post, but occassionally will use DHL ground or UPS ground for heavier packages.
We can use FedEx on request.
Priority shipping takes approximately 2-7 business days.

If you wish to have your package shipped via 2-day or next day shipping, please contact us toll-free at 1.916.991.4027 to find out what the additional charges will be.

If you live outside the Continental U.S., please call us for specific shipping rates to your area. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will do our best to offer the least expensive shipping that we can.

We ship to APO/FPO addresses for a flat rate of $9.95.

Special Orders
Manufacturers that we can Special Order from are:
Debresk, Choroi, LYRA, Stockmar, Artemis, Ruitertassen and any products available from Mercurius.
